Any time I try to start the app, it will say,

(node:7836) electron: Failed to load URL: http://localhost:18888/ with error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
-102 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED http://localhost:18888/
Preparing your application. Please wait...

It will repeat this for a while. Is there something I'm doing wrong/missing?

if you can't post images, you should get the permissions after sending a few messages

If I remember right you'll need a GPU that advertises itself as "CUDA Compute Capability" 3.5 or higher
