The Ilaria RVC UI Colab doesn't risk you ban, the code is encrypted to rot 13 to not get detected, as you seen, you don't get a warning about disallowed code when using the colab

its @median ridge decision if she wants to make a no ui one tho, even if i dont think is needed in this case as its risk free
