suggestion for applio and some other google colabs (custom pretrains read below)

So instead of like downloading and uploading our own pretrains and waiting for a long time since it does take a while, have some sort of way to have the thing download it faster with the hugging face or google drive link we give if that makes sense.

So when you want to do a custom pretrain, it will ask for the link and download it and store it in its files or wherever to use the custom pretrains
