At a loss for getting okada to boot after reinstalling

My cpu is a Windows11 x64 bit with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

I had okada working this morning, but it wouldn't run the included four models outside of the non RVC one. I even downloaded my own model just to see if maybe the included models .pth somehow got lost, but that model also wouldn't work proper. From my understanding, the stock models should be full functioning from the box so I assumed that I simply had an issue during download, so I emptied the folder entirely and reinstalled okada v1.5.3.17b for win cuda.

Upon reinstallation, nothing would boot. I just got a blank page over and over after running start_http.bat.

Just for the heck of it, I tried installing okada v1.5.3.15, but it came back to the same error both on terminal and in the programs empty window.

Any help understanding what I'm missing would be appreciated ^u^

I just realized it's probably firewall related and it must have asked for permission first install last night and then this morning when I reinstall, it probably autoblocked D:

Not sure why it's happening all of a sudden, but it seems widespread

I noticed after closing all my firewalls and reopening them for a minute during an attempt that it gave me the pop up to hit ok to allow! It may be that when you hit ok, if you don't hit more info it only allows info communicated on public vs public and private. Not sure if that may affect it, but I enabled both c:

I still need to make sure everything rvc is working before I close the thread, because it seemed to have blocked a good bit of data from downloading again as the stock models have no image and aren't functioning again

delete the folder called model_dir and hope for the best

also i got the program running again but am now at the same problem with the rvc models not returning volume, even when uploading a new one

the folder you put W-Okada on is "AI VOICE CHANGER"

also even when disabling the firewall, i dont see the 4 to five download bars in terminal at initiation. Just one bar. I've noticed in a few vods i've seen now that it usally has several for first install

i took out the spaces and extracted it again to restore the one model_dir file i deleted

it is still doing the same thing :/

Not entirely sure there's anything else you can do other than just deleting the folders and trying to prompt the initial install

Ok by that do you mean get a good screenshot of the commandprompt while it's installing it or is this something else entirely?

You can do that too but it's optional - all I want you to do is to delete the pretrain & model_dir folders and restart W-Okada. Hope it works this time

just went ahead with deleting the files you mentioned! the same issue is still there when trying to use rvc models and the volume not coming back through D: Let me restart it so i can get you the log.

thats opening the program then switching from a newer rvc model back to an existing one

the static model is still working fine too

OneDrive.

If you could move it out of OneDrive and delete the same folders as before it will probably work

I didn't think that desktop would be inside the new cloud until you pointed it out o.o I bet one drive servers have been FUMING from all the files that have been extracted and deleted today xD

dang, after moving everything over to the c drive and managing to get the firewall to pass it through again, getting the same problem. Once again this is the prompt after startup and then switching between a newer and existing rvc

Try importing custom models

The fix is pretty much extracting the pretrain folder linked here in your voice-changer folder

Since it fails to download nowadays for some unknown reasons
