i need help making an ai bmo with facial animations and voice recognition

so im making a project with my friend and were kinda stuck because we have no idea how to work with ai, we made a bmo with a screen connected to a rasberry pi, we got windows in it, but at this point we have no idea what to do... if someone can help me figure out how to connect a voice recognition system to chat gpt or c.ai and have it reply with ai tts, at the same time, we want bmos mous to sync up with what hes saying... if anyone can help or has ideas, itd be awesome
