the fact that the items were still selectable means internally the pickup shotgun code wasnt initiated correctly which means someone used exploits to launch a chunk of the code that picks the shotgun up but didnt launch the items no longer selectable code (if you are dumb shortly it means its exploiting by manipulating code)
