So we were playing the game and the host decided to change a lot in the settings, but it shouldn't be the cause of it. I shot myself once and then the game made me pick up the shotgun and shoot myself again without me clicking anything. Same thing happened to everybody in the table, the game would make them shoot anybody or themself without control. And when the load was over none of us could pick our items.
