There is an issue in multiplayer where live rounds are not inverting. Other players in the same game tried and were successful with inverters, but this user was not. As you'll notice he was using color blind mode as well. Not sure if this helps at all.

you gotta prove that was a live or blank at the start. it doesnt seem as if there's a fault the colorblind may have some issues.

i understand the concern but this is an issue we keep running into despite people not being colorblind
