You can only select 1-2 Cards after each match. You cannot pick the same card more than once, and you cannot pick more than 2 cards from the same category.

-Card Types-

Power Cards: These cards directly upgrade strength, increase damage output, or deny your opponents forcefully.

Serrated Edge: Switchblade now makes the shotgun deal triple damage, but costs 1 Charge to use.
Warden: Handcuffs now skip your opponent’s next 2 turns instead of just 1.
Durable Blade: Switchblade can now be used twice before being discarded.
Vampirism: Shooting an opponent with a live round will cause you to gain 1 Charge.
Last Stand: Shotgun deals +1 damage if you have only 1 Charge remaining.
Tossup: Shooting an enemy with a live round will cause them to lose 1 random item in their possession.
Overclock: When you shoot an opponent with a live round, there’s a 30% chance that the live round will also deal damage to another adjacent opponent. (Will not take effect in 1v1’s)

Protection Cards: These cards directly upgrade health, increase viability, or allow you to last longer in matches before dying.

Vitality: Increase Max Charges by 1.
Generator: Gain 1 charge after every load is emptied.
Misinput: When you take damage by any means, there’s a 20% chance that you will not lose a charge.
Dumb Luck: If you shoot yourself with a live round, there’s a 30% chance that the shotgun will jam.

Utility Cards: These cards directly upgrade or alter the functionality of certain items that you use, or the way that you interact with them.

Drunkard: Beer can now rack the shotgun up to 2 times.
Junkie: Adrenaline now allows you to steal up to 2 items instead of 1. The first item you steal will be used immediately.
Hoarder: Increases max item capacity by 2.
Frugal: 30% Chance to not consume an item when it’s used.
Greed: Once per turn, you may double an item in your possession.
Lightweight: If you have no items in your possession at the start of your turn, you gain an extra turn.

Every match you face against other players consists of multiple rounds in multiplayer mode. Each time a match ends, all players gain a level, allowing them to pick from a randomized selection of cards that will give unique buffs or special abilities to aid them. After each round ends, you will receive a random hand of 4 different cards— 1 Power, 1 Protection, and 1 Utility, and 1 Wildcard. Depending on the number of players and/or rounds, you’ll likely only be able to select 1 or 2 Cards from the hand that you’re dealt by the dealer.

• Joker Cards: These cards are incredibly versatile and effective, and can upgrade or alter almost anything with random or chaotic effects. Incredible powerful, but also risky and very rare to find. Unlike Power, Protection, Utility Cards, they are not guaranteed to be in any of your given hands throughout a game, and also cannot be obtained through use of a Wildcard.

Dealer: You will always know whether the last shell in the chamber is a blank or a live round.
Cannibal: After directly killing another player, you instantly regain Max Charges and take all of their remaining items. (Disabled in 1v1’s)

• Wildcards: When selected, Wildcards will give you a random (Available) card from any Card Type that you don’t already have.

• Folding: If you don’t want to pick any cards out of the hand that you’ve been dealt, you can choose to fold and reject the hand, and will be dealt an additional hand when possible the next match.

Power Cards have a symbol of an orange fist on them. When chosen, they emit a gunshot sound.
Protection Cards have a symbol of a blue shield on them. When chosen, they emit an electrical shock sound.
Utility Cards have a symbol of a green hand holding a wrench on them. When chosen, they emit a sound similar to a forge hammer clanging onto an anvil.
Wildcards have a symbol of a purple question mark on them. When chosen, they emit the sound of someone blowing out a candle.
