Adrenaline doesn't work even if there are items on the table

Adrenaline forbids you from using it when the other players don't have any items, that's the case even when there are dead player's items left. I don't know if that's a bug or intended feature

I believe that the game forbidding you from using Adrenaline when other players don't have items is intended, as someone pointed out in Hey, High Roller that a player in one of their games got soft locked by using adrenaline, but no one else had any items that could be used.

But that sometimes prevents you from taking a items from dead players, I'm guessing it was just a quick solution

Yea. i'm guessing that dead players are tagged with a "dead" tag and the game only looks for the players with an "alive" tag to check if you can use Adrens. It defenitely is not intended in my opinion.
