Hello again! In a multiplayer match with 3 people including me, one of my friends had 2 health charges. It displayed as him having 2 for everybody playing. I used a handsaw and shot him with a live to eliminate him until the next round, but despite having no more charges he was still prompted to take new items and play during the next loadout. The other friend playing shot him to test if the same thing would happen again, but it didn't and he was out of the game until the next round like normal.
