Obviously the premise of the game is roulette, but a decent player who can use items well in advance, using his skill to his advantage, won't matter against a lucky little Timmy who starts shooting everyone for fun and wins because this game heavily rewards luck (70% luck 30% skill - I'm guessing off experience).

Decrease the amount of adrenaline.

and this is a little far fetched but maybe voice comms? would make the game much easier/enjoyable.
