I feel that no matter what happens, the first player that gets shot, is 99% of the time ends up to die first, many items even reward this behaviour, like changing the turn cycle or making a player skip a turn
I feel this makes the multiplayer unfun, what's your opinion?

This has been brought up many times, and yes, of course. Of course it is unfun to be teamed up against and have no chance to come back from that.
My group plays in a way where we only shoot the highest health players (shooting yourself is always an option), which allows everyone to live for a long enough time to feel like they had an actual impact on the round.
Some people outside of my friend group don't like it. Usually the ones who haven't tested this rule in the first place. dealerxdd_gemingtv

I do agree with this although I’m not sure how this would be fixed without said fix feeling forced and obtrusive to the experience. Maybe having an option that can be toggled in custom lobbies that punishes ganging up on one person could work

I will say though I think cigs also contribute heavily to this especially on 5 charge games as it becomes too difficult to kill someone without targeting.

I personally would do that, as long as there more than 2 players, you cannot shot the same player twice in a row
