I saw that somebody had the idea for a 50/50 black shell and it gave me an idea. There could be a maroon shell (or something in that color group) that has a slug inside it. If your are unaware, a slug shell is basically a shell that, instead of a having a collection of little metal balls, has a single musket-like ball. The slugs would do 2 charges and the saw would either do nothing or make it 3 charges. I think this would be an interesting addition to the game. I also think that if this were added that you make a separate mode with lives, blanks, and slugs that is togglable in the game settings so that high rollers can enjoy the base game still.
I also prepared some possible odds orders for this new mode:
Number of Slugs, Number of Lives, Number of Blanks
3, 3, 3
2, 3, 3
2, 0, 2
1, 4, 4
1, 1, 1
I'll be checking this post like my email so let me know if you want me to help out or something. My Discord should allow DMing so feel free to do that as well. I will need some sort of conformation that you are dev, though. Can never be too careful. 😄
