Where can I get the game code? I bought the game on itch.com but I didn't receive the key on Steam.

sadly it is no way to get that, the only way to play multiplayer for now is to buy the game on steam

you buy it a bit poorly, then you have to buy it a second time because the updates don't go the same way, as far as I know, the only person who can give you the key is the owner of the title.

actually the "owner" of this game still can't do anything he want, he can't get that many steam key even he want to, because steam not allowed dev to do that, and itch.io can't get the multiplayer update because the multiplayer fuction is based with steam, so you can't play multiplayer without steam

you can ask mike by yourself ([e-mail]) but i think if he request that much keys and send to players he probably will get ban from steam, a publisher on steam already been banned because it did the same thing as you said and all the games of that publisher are all gone
