Dude was using items while it wasnt his round and used items after he shot with the shotgun

+when round started he stole my knife without adrenalin while the game showcased the ammo in the gun. And it wasnt just visual it actually made the gun do 2 damage. Then later he started using his item before his turn and used cigs after his turn. Wth is this
