So, i just bought the game and when i start it, this is what appears on my monitor.
It looks like the game's window is bugged (?) and a part of it is outside my screen. If ths is a bug (i guess it is bc i can't do anything) how do i solve it?

I think I have had something similar but with other games. If possible, try making your game windowed through buckshot settings. If there is a way to do that. Then try pressing F11 after clicking somewhere on the bugged window. If that fails — use a keyboard

man this slowmode sucks
problem solved, opened the game a third time and now it works
