A new item added to the game would be a Tampered Live Round, letting you swap the next live round in for a tampered one, which has a 50% chance to backfire on whoever shoots the round (if an Inverter is used, it gets pushed back to the next live round, and if there isn't another live round, it prevents the Inverter from working.)
This item could be a cool risk item, as it can easily be turned against you if the next bullet is a blank and the opponent has a turn order swapper (Swap turn order and shoot the blank at someone to skip your own turn, letting the person deal with a mess they made for themselves)
