The item can hallucinate the enemy - with a 50% chance, the enemy can see a false cartridge when using a magnifying glass. That is, with a 50% chance, he can see a live one instead of a blank one and vice versa.
Also can be work with phone. If the enemy get information from phone that is a live one, so he can hear with 50% chance thats a blank ;3
