On a few occasions, for example lets say the load is 4L/4B, and the sequence in the gun is 4 Lives straight. While odds can make that technically possible, it's happened on a few new racks, making it feel like the shells aren't randomized. Unless it's dumb luck for that type of result on multiple instances, it feels like the randomization is bugged
