Game not responding after finishing a game

[dire apex]

Everytime i play a round with my friend on multiplayer, the game seemingly doesnt respond before the score title screen appear. i can still hear the music.
Also the game doesnt work if if someone else hosts the game it only works when i host it.

PC specs
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

i would also like to add that it crashes too at the start up cut scene
