Other player is registered as dead but is still able to play but can't be shot

one of my friends used jammer on another and shot them with a sawn off, they registered as dead until i killed the other friend and now the supposed to be dead friend is apparently alive but can't be shot at, meaning i can only shoot myself. the friend I killed and the friend in the screenshot say he still has one charge left however.
