Had a 4 player game, two were dead, and two of us started only shooting ourselves.
When the last round was fired the game got stuck in the "pre-item" phase. Camera looked down at our own items. But all of our item slots were full.
We had to disconnect as the game wouldn't let us do anything.
Possibly due to all having full inventories, us shooting ourselves only, or both.
