Phone wrong about shell

I used a phone, it said 3rd blank. Chugged 2 beers, flipped it, and it came out blank, I have a recording below

You use the fourth shell in that clip.

If I’m counting right, you were shot, which is one. You racked two more. The shell you inverted was the fourth shot.

the phone doesn't count shells that were already shot.

The phone counts from the current number of shells remaining, but either way that information would've been wrong. The two shells that were ejected via beer were live.
