Add more host lobby settings pretty pwease

I think more customization options in lobbies would be better for example
having the abilty to start more rounds or having a tiebreaker round in case multiple people got the same number of cases.

a private mode so you can hide peoples usernames.

a slider or something that amplifies the amount of shells or items.

a option to ban certain items or make them come up less because with adrenaline and cigs rounds last way too long with 3 or 4 people

the ability to increase the max lobby size past four (it is a bit annoying because i have 5 other friends that have the game too)

not sure if this should be an option or just a feature but if theres one live left in the gun and ur in multiplayer you should be able to beer it and have it still be ur turn next round
