tried to enter a match, the game stopped responding for a while which after the game just turned black besides the mouse which i could move

Heya, I've been having the same issue too.
When I click the multiplayer button to look for a match, I am left with a black screen as well.
I know it takes a while for me to load into the normal "story" gamemode, but it looks like the multiplayer mode is not accessible to me either for now.
