a player's avatar kept coming back to life (couldn't do anything but I could see it in the side) and at a few points the person could still pick items and it looked like they were alive from their screen
some things were inconsistent for different players. Like one time someone used adrenaline to grab adrenaline from someone else but to them it looked like cigarettes (it didn't give them another life) or one time it showed me that someone had 2 lives left when they had 3
one time on someone's turn it showed them that it was a different person's turn so they couldn't do anything, we just had to restart
