Enlisted 1-4 - Rank up every 6 deployments except your 1st one.
NCO 1-7 - NCOs are able to host deployments and run squads and do other bigger tasks.
Officer 1-6 - Officers are able to run divisions or platoons, they also help run the Corps.

2). No Multi Claning..
3). Able to follow a chain of command.
