If you just run up to every pallet and drop it immediately the killer will just keep breaking them and leave you without any pallets later in the match

Actually that's a good segue, windows of opportunity is insanely helpful for learning loop distribution and which ones you can connect after getting X amount of distance

I think Springtrap is awesomely well made and I loved how they made his axe more unique with interactions like being able to ignore endurance and the interesting arc and ways to keep an eye on spots you're leaving (like a gen you know someone is on but they won't come out of hiding) or even just to make your loop better with being able to see the axe through the loop. His add-ons also do a lot to change up the axe playstyle while the teleport system is probably one of the best in the game and provides interesting unique gameplay to the survivors too

So many killers are based on elements of previous killers so it's always weird to see people pick one they don't like personally to make this argument on, when the issue is just they don't like it much

I was iffy on the axe mechanic at first too but it's still different from huntress. He can't just spam his axe throw, and when he hits someone he has to actually close in on them to grab them and his axe, this isn't even mentioning the security gate mechanic

The fact that survivors are also able to utilize this teleport is so nice, especially since there's a risk-reward aspect to it

Personally spring traps teleport mechanic is the only teleport mechanic that I think behaviour got right

There's too many "teleport" characters in the game that makes them hard to stand out, spring traps is unique however because survivors can also utilize this teleport
