There are many whatsapp related functions available within the whatsapp business api, but since typebot is handling that in the backend, it is not possible for us to call them.
For example in the video, a person is able to open the catalogue on click of a typebot button in whatsapp, and whatever order they place, we can get that data as json in typebot and process it but this will require a whatsapp block that is able to do it and that only runs for whatsapp.
