Unlink Account

I had an old Discord account that I linked to my GD account. (BroDashPlus) I deleted that old Discord account, but I forgot to unlink my GD account before I did it. So now my GD account is linked to a "deleted user (random numbers)" Discord account. Can you unlink please? Thanks. Also the reason I selected both Mac & PC tags is because I'm on a Mac running Windows.
