i cant see my friend but he sees me

so i was playing a level with him and suddenly i dont see him and he only sees me we kept restarting rooms and i still dont see him. Please try to fix this as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your support.

not only that in my room and his it didnt work but on a global server it works
