Globed wont load

My friend's globed is just putting out an error whenever its trying to load, and it doesnt work at all. Tried reinstalling and everything, nothing worked

russian relay isnt working

using zapret, with and without still not working

vpns are getting blocked in russia so there's no way (even private ones for pc and laptops) it would load

the europe server ip isnt working as well

disabling DoH leads to this:

this error means your ISP is intercepting cloudflare

i don't think we can do much about it
