Cant join any servers / Failed Google TCP test

I havent been able to connect to any servers on my laptop for some time now. On my pc its fine but here it just dont work.
Looked everywhere but cant find a solution

this is very likely a system issue

do gd servers work or no

it could be that a firewall is blocking internet for the entire game
