Cannot Hear I have a problem

My game audio is working and my mic is too. But when I try going to a level I cant hear anyone. Even when there is like 30 people in my level, I can't hear them. It doesn't show they are talking either when I go to the menu with mic levels. But it lets me talk to them.

Sometimes 50

I can’t hear any of them. I don’t think they’re all just not talking
