Can't join the Asian server

I've tried some instructions from the admin, but still can't. This problem is on the Asian server on my account. When I use another account, the account can enter the Asian server. But the first account I used could not enter. Although the two accounts can enter servers 1 and 2, but Ping on the Asian server is better because I live in Asia. Help me😭
