2 player mode granting no clip to Non host

I have a error where we get no clip when we play a level that is in 2 player, using the 2 player feature, and we checked our hacks, and no clip was NOT turned on, this only applies to the Non host. and we linked our stuff in game and everything.

test it with all mods disabled except globed and node ids

could be a mod conflict
