Nothing loads on the globed menu but i can still play levels that are people in it. My internet connection is also good idk what to do

could you do me a favor, assuming you own the game on steam:

1. open steam, right click gd, press properties, in launch arguments add --geode:globed-net-dump
2. start the game, connect to the server, then try opening a level with some people, after a few seconds exit the level, and then exit the game fully
3. press win+r, then paste %LOCALAPPDATA%/GeometryDash/geode/mods/dankmeme.globed2 and hit enter, file explorer should now open and send the "net-dump.log" file from the folder

sounds like your isp/network ignores packets that are very small for some reason
