MY GAME ISNT HOLDING UP

when playing recently i have noticed that in almost every level when i die, my frames will significantly drop and the problem will get worse the furthur into the level i die. someone help i dont kjnow why this is happening

the problem only started happening about 4 days ago i havent installed any new mods in that time or atleast 2 days before

also my frames also lower when i turn on speed hack and go slower

i just realized my whole game itslef is just slower

it takes longer to load pages and way longer to load levels

when i click something it sits at a transition screen for 2 seconds before the page loads
