Issue on windows 10, default globed mod settings

go to the globed settings and open the voice chat menu

#

where you can choose your mic

#

and make sure you have the right device selected

#

the most likely cause is an invalid device

laptop's microphone doesn't show up

issue solved: windows 10 settings > privacy > microphone > allow desktop apps access your microphone > enable
