Steps I did:

download the 2.1.4 client part1 to part5

#

download the client patch

#

Download the yixuan server

#

created the run.bat file

#

run the pgadmin and created the yixuan

#

edited the config 30dbgate "root" in to "postgres"

#

run the run.bat again

#

run launcher

yes that was stupid of me, Im not very techy, I manage to run the game, I re downloaded the 2.1.3, Im now creating the account I hope this goes well
