Heaven's hope "duration?" bug in town

So this is my Heaven's Hope, duration 11s and cooldown 11s making it permanent and it works fine outside of town.
But for some reason, once i'm in town, it only lasts for half its supposed duration.

We'll probably have better chances understanding the issue using your save files. Could you please send us your Saved folder as a zip file?
It's should be located in \Dragonkin - The Banished\DragonkinTheBanished\Saved.
