I went to change portal to the one we got on Twitch but noticed I dont have an option there to do so.

Yes ive linked it i have all the other twitch stuff but i dont have the option to even change the portal at all in the game, my buddy does have the option and he hasnt linked anything
so if you look at the picture i provided there is no gate of the eternal there

I also did buy the bigger pack for the game with the extra cosmetics in it and have never had the option to change the portal.

yes Ps5 there was the normal version and the more expensive one with the cosmeitcs, i got the more expensive one
but so did my buddy and he had the option to change the portal and i didnt

Hello,
The portal customization options were only available when preordering the game before it released.
If you didn't preorder the game, you can't have these options for the moment.
Twitch Drops are another thing though, even if you didn't preorder or buy the Blood Scale Edition. Twitch Drop Portal should be available, considering you properly unlocked and claimed it on Twitch with your MyNacon account linked.
If so, have you tried to disconnect and reconnect from your MyNacon account in-game, through the option menu?
I see on your screenshot that you don't have the Twitch Drops Death effect neither, but I'm guessing you do have the Character effect and Trail (respectively number 6 and 7 if I'm not mistaking)? Can you confirm my statement so we better understand the situation please?
