I tried to get a good video as evidence. Here the elites do not have additional affixes like the electric balls or the tornados.
No ranged enemy is close or anything else is attacking me.
When i cast the shields and run away, you can see my life go down without any obvious attack hitting me.
I also noticed this when using the flamethrower or nearly any other knight skill.
I do not recall having those issues with the barbarian or the oracle, so i assume its a knight only issue.
