I am presently at the stage where the objective says "Go to the Dragonkin's temple entrance."
The problem is there is nothing happening or an interactive icon.

A work around is to port back to Montescail and back to the spot using T. It respawned the mobs an retriggered the combat event that gave me a dialogue interaction that was missing just before entering the temple.
