A two bedroom, one bathroom home. There's no refrigerator or stove, but your sims can keep themselves satiated with drinks from the two bars on the lot. There are lots of activities on this lot for kids and adults alike - even in the bathroom! Though there's no shower, the hot tub in the 'fenced in' backyard will keep your sims nice and clean after hanging out in the lounge chairs, at the bar, or on the monkey bars. Enjoy!

Converted into a National Park, for your sims to enjoy the plumbob gardens and perhaps find some hidden goodies. It features 6 plumbob fountains on the landscaped grounds, 2 picnic areas, an outdoor bar, a hot tub, several bonzais and some areas to garden, game, relax, or busk. All while enjoying the beautiful greens.

(On the Gallery, I added lighting and grills, restrooms, and a picnic table to set as National Park)

yes, i took “only use items in the lot” literally. i decided to build a family house for sims that have no shame and are very open with each other. i used book shelves and deviders as walls 🙂

This Tartosian Vacation Rental house is fit for a group of up to 4 guests (or 5, if someone doesn't mind sleeping on the quite extravagant 3-seater couch). It has a quirky kitchen-free floorplan, designed to encourage guests to head down to Porto Luminoso to eat, or to order the local cuisine through the Zoomers Food Delivery Service. To make up for the lack of kitchen, and to celebrate the Nectar-Making history of Terra Amorosa, multiple fully-stocked bars can found on the premises.

The rules said to use only the items already in the lot, so I changed nothing. I did not even add new walls, so much for the Sim's privacy ^^

Description : A little home for a family of 5 ! Kitchen, livingroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom in the 1st floor. Playground, bar, gym, office, fun time for kids and grown ups in 2nd floor. Also, outside : 2 charming gardens, an outdoor bathroom (can even be a spa, if you want !), a dining table...
