#Including the word "Edition" in the "Edition Title" field specifically

My recent submission for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest, where I specified "War Chest Edition" in the "Edition Title" field, was accepted, despite the word not being included in the full official title. The main title itself remained the same. This makes sense in my opinion, since I guess the main use cases for the Edition Title include the one on Infinite Backlog, as seen in the attached screenshot.

There are a few other similar cases, where the word is not included, and so it currently says "This is the Gold of Unreal" or "This is the Revolution of Battlefield 1".

Should I go ahead and update the edition title of these entries as well? I haven't found info on this in the guidelines.

"Edition" unfortunately means different things to different devs and is not universal.

On IGDB, we classify Editions as titles that are the same release as the linked game but include a few extra items and usually share the same release date barring Advanced Access. (Collector's Editions, Deluxe Edition, etc)

Also note Editions on IGDB have other knock on effects, such as these are not ingested by Twitch.

Even things like "Collector's Edition" does mean the same thing across all devs. Most just add special physical items to the base game.

Big Fish adds exclusive levels, which make it an Expanded Game

Including the word "Edition" in the "Edition Title" field specifically

Sure, I understand that the classification can get complex. I was mainly wondering about the "Edition Title" field and its purpose (once it has been decided that an entry is indeed an edition), that is different from the main title of the same entry. Whether it should strictly be for reiterating the part of the edition's title after a colon or hyphen, or perhaps to make the naming in specific situations, like the one I mentioned, more clear. The fact that this one was accepted made me confident that it can also be included in some similar cases.

Ah, found the old screenshot I was looking for. This is when it was in use:
