#"Add Engine" missing from dropdown menu.

I keep forgetting the option exists where Create New Game Engine" is below the Engine field.

Additionally, this option never shows normally on New Game pages unless you select "Add Engine". This is because Companies have a minimum field of 1 always showing. Engines have none.

  1. We've kept game-engine off the header menu because adding new game-engines is rare, and almost always comes as part of creating a game. We can discuss if you feel it is an important enough part of the header menu

  2. Yeah, thats inconsistent, the edit form is on the list for rectification, so this will probably be solved as part of that.
