Hi, I was looking at some old mobile games which have shuttered service and since been removed from their respective app stores.
Example: Tales of Erin
Post announcing shutdown of game:https://www.facebook.com/share/p/AX3qMpEdrudbRYef/
Dead Play Store link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.efun.cl.se
Dead App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tales-of-erin/id1383155729

This example fits into both the Offline and Delisted status; which one should be used in situations like this? I imagine it's a common issue for this type of game.

Offline refers to still ownable and playable, but online functionality has been disabled.

#

Delisted refers to being totally removed from stores

Delisted is the newer status so it's possible the guidelines could use rewording, but this was the intent of differeniation when Delisted was added.

If you have a date of when the services shut down, you can add them in the Release date section with the 'Offline' status in them @limber yoke

Offline is also one of the Statuses in Release Dates so it can be platform specific
