Hey all,

I was managing my physical game collection and I noticed a peculiar thing: the PC retail version of Counter-Strike: Source included both Day of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. Now, I do not know if there's an official name for this one retail bundle besides just "Counter-Strike: Source"... but then I dug deeper and Steam offers a digital version of this very same bundle as "Source Multiplayer Pack", with the very same games and all.

What do you think I should do here? Should I make a new entry named "Counter-Strike: Source" with "Source Multiplayer Pack" as its alternate name?

Or you could do the opposite to make it more distinguishable

Would it be okay to deem the physical retail version as "Source Multiplayer Pack"?

I mean for IGDB's sake it seems to be the exact same bundle but different names

they contain exactly the same content?

It is. Perhaps I shouldnt mind much how it is deemed physicaly then.

I think I could cook a custom game cover that blends these two concepts.

we don't really track the difference unless there is an actual difference
